Volvo’s latest 3S centre is run by Sime Darby Swedish Auto in Ara Damansara

Volvo Car Malaysia (VCM) and its latest dealer partner, Sime Darby Swedish Auto has just officiated their latest Volvo 3S Centre in Sime Darby Motors City in Ara Damansara.

The new 4-storey facility has a built-up area of 50,742 sqft encompassing a showroom on G floor, 8 repair and service bays on 2nd & 3rd floor and a wheel alignment and balancing zone on the 4th floor.

Dealer principal of Sime Darby Swedish Auto, Mr Jeremy Cheong said that their new 3S centre is able to service up to 396 Volvo cars per month.

Sime Darby’s first Volvo showroom is furnished with the Swedish marque’s Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) retail standard, which gives customers the impression of a Swedish furniture store when shopping for their new car.

Customers will also get to experience Volvo cars in virtual reality – the first Volvo 3S centre to be equipped with this experience. As per VCM’s commitment to reduce waste, you will not find any brochures or leaflets in the showroom instead you’ll get all the details given to you digitally.

Sime Darby Swedish Auto also offers a unique “Reception at the Counter” service whereby Volvo customers who require ad hoc attention on their cars make their way to this counter without needing an appointment. A dedicated technician will attend to your emergencies and advice on your next steps.
