Nissan heads to Kota Bharu, Kelantan with new 3S centre

Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) is expanding Nissan’s presence up in Kota Bharu, Kelantan with the opening of a brand new 3S centre. The new centre will be operated by ETCM’s newly appointed dealer Edaran Nuri Sdn Bhd.

Like all new Nissan 3S centres, the latest Kota Bharu centre is built according to the new Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) guidelines so car owners and customers alike will feel the brand’s warmth and comfort.

The new centre spans 12,260 square feet featuring a showroom floor that easily displays 5 Nissan models and 3 service bays that is capable of accommodating up to 15 vehicles a day.

Other than that, the centre also comes complete with a café-style customer lounge, free WiFi, a fun kid’s area along with an exclusive delivery bay to enhance the vehicle delivery moment.

At the moment, the new 3S centre will still be adhering to strict Covid-19 guidelines. Temperature checks will be carried out on visitors while all staff and customers are required to practice social distancing.

Nissan staff are required to wear face masks hand sanitisers, gloves, and face masks will be freely available to customers. ETCM will also be carrying out frequent disinfecting of the premises as well as the test drive vehicles.
