UMW Toyota's Section 19 PJ and Cheras outlets to be transferred to dealers

UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) has announced that they will be transferring two outlets in Klang Valley previously owned and operated by them to its dealers effective today. 

Laser Motor PJ Sdn Bhd will take over the Section 19 Petaling Jaya outlet while Fokus Sentral Sdn Bhd will take over the Cheras outlet accordingly. 

This follows the company's announcement back in November 2018 that UMWT will be transferring ownership of majority of its outlets to its dealers. 

The dealers will be focusing on sales while UMWT will be shifting its focus on product planning, marketing and dealer network support.

UMWT expresses the desire to visualise their concept of ‘Best In Town’ which will be focusing on one-to-one customer engagement.
