Add RM 7.5k more: Tesla Model Y now available in Malaysia with 3 new colours, Ultra Red at RM 11k more

The fully-imported (CBU, China) Tesla Model Y is now available in 3 new striking colours in Malaysia: Quicksilver, Stealth Grey and Ultra Red.

The new hues are claimed to further accentuate the shape of the Model Y SUV and change depending on the viewing angle and light.

The 3 new colours join another 2 existing optional colours which carry a premium of over the Pearl White standard colour (at no additional cost) at the following prices: 

  • Deep Blue Metallic: RM 5,000
  • Solid Black: RM 5,000
  • Quicksilver: RM 7,500 
  • Stealth Grey: RM 7,500
  • Ultra Red: RM 11,000

The new Ultra Red replaces the older Multi-Coat Red colour which was previously offered for a premium of RM 10,000. Stealth Grey on the other hand replaces Midnight Silver Metallic which was priced at RM 5,000 previously.

The new colour variants are available for order now on the Tesla Malaysia website.

To recap, deliveries of the Model Y BEV started in Malaysia last month. The Model Y is offered here in 3 variants at the following prices:

  • Standard Range RWD: RM 199,000
  • Long Range AWD: RM 246,000
  • Performance AWD: RM 288,000
