Bermaz Motor has introduced an option to the 2021 Mazda CX-5 with a larger 8-inch infotainment screen, on top of the standard 7-inch unit. The option costs RM 1,000.
Unlike the newer systems in the Mazda 3 and CX-30, the 8-inch infotainment screen still runs on an older generation MZD Connect system as in the smaller 7-inch screen. So the difference here is mainly the larger screen estate and reduced bezels.
Note that this is not the running change seen in other countries such as the US, where the Mazda CX-5 has been updated with a 10.25-inch screen that runs on the latest Mazda Connect system.
To recap, there are 5 variants of the Mazda CX-5 currently on sale, priced from RM 132,403 to RM 174,852. Engine choices range from a 2.0-litre naturally aspirated engine to a 2.5-litre turbocharged engine.
The quest for automotive knowledge began as soon as the earliest memories. Various sources information, even questionable ones, have been explored including video games, television, magazines, or even internet forums. Still stuck in that rabbit hole.
