WTC Automotif Sdn. Bhd. (WTCA) marked a milestone by hosting the first GAC GS3 Emzoom owners event at Tentent Cafe, Genting Sempah recently. This event showed WTCA's appreciation for its customers and highlighted a key moment for both WTCA and GAC Motor Malaysia.
The gathering brought together GAC GS3 Emzoom owners with WTCA and GAC Motor China representatives. Owners shared their experiences and gave feedback directly to the GAC Malaysia management team. This event also allowed the GAC Motor team from China to provide training, feedback, and technical support to the customers.

During the event, the WTCA management team addressed software updates and the multifunctional infotainment system, assuring customers of ongoing updates.
WTCA also emphasised its robust aftersales and inventory management, with depots across Malaysia to ensure efficient spare parts distribution. Aftersales teams are also trained to meet GAC China's standards, providing peace of mind for every GAC vehicle owner.

GAC Motor Malaysia has a network of showrooms and service centres nationwide. Currently, WTCA operates 10 dealerships and aims to expand to 25 locations, including in East Malaysia, by the end of 2024.
