With over 45,000 orders - or nearly 15 times higher than their monthly projection of 3,100 units - the 2020 Toyota Harrier is clearly a hit among the Japanese.

Toyota yet again found themselves having what is arguably a very nice problem of sales being far, far higher than what they expected, just as it was with the hot-selling 2020 Toyota RAV4 PHEV.

In a statement to Asahi Shimbun, the carmaker said that the cars will take up to five months to be delivered. 

With prices ranging between JPY 2.9 million to JPY 5 million, the Harrier is available in petrol and petrol-electric hybrid powertrains and both offer FWD and AWD options.
