Nissan Motor Thailand will cut about 1,000 jobs as it scales back its operations there, according to a report by Reuters, citing anonymous sources. The report says Nissan will partially stop production at one of its three plants at Thailand’s Samut Prakan province and will consolidate operations at Plant No.2 by September 2025.
