China's hyper-competitive automotive market is on course of claiming another victim in the form of HiPhi, as the luxury battery electric vehicle (BEV) maker's parent company, Human Horizons Group Inc. has filed for bankruptcy, according to a Bloomberg report. Korea’s local city government in Seoul is proposing to revise its Guideline for Apartment Management Rules, by the end of September, reports Korea's Yonhap news agency.
