    At the ongoing 2024 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS), Citroen Indonesia announced that it will begin local assembly (CKD) of the Citroen e-C3 battery electric vehicle (BEV) in August. This is followed by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony by representatives of Stellantis and the Indomobil Group.   • Puspakom clarifies TIN requirement for e-invoicing: IC will do just fine for retirees, 'runner' services can continue

    Starting today 25-July 2024, Puspakom will be adopting e-invoicing for all transactions. The move also means that private individuals and companies who wish to buy and sell cars are now required to provide their tax identification number (TIN). The obvious question now is what about individuals who are not taxpayers?     Sime Darby Berhad and Porsche Malaysia have announced the completed expansion of Porsche’s assembly facility at Inokom in Kulim, Kedah. The upgraded facility is now expanded to 11,000 square metres to accomodate the increased capacity and a new assembly line, to produce the Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid Coupe; the first Malaysian-assembled Porsche to be exported to Thailand.
