  • MITI: 2,585 EV chargers operational as of end-June 2024; 12.5 percent increase from Q1

    As of 25-June 2024, a total of 2,585 EV charging points have been installed nationwide, covering all states and federal territories except Labuan, according to the Ministry of Investment, Trade, and Industry (MITI). This represents a 12.5 percent increase from Q1 of 2024. Out of the total, 610 units are DC fast chargers, while 1,975 units are AC chargers.
