BYD has hit a new production milestone, producing its 10 millionth New Energy Vehicle (NEV). AC Mobility, the distributor of BYD passenger cars in the Philippines, has confirmed that it will be launching the BYD Seal 5 DM-i on 21st November. Unlike the larger electric-only BYD Seal, this Seal 5 is a plug-in hybrid (PHEV), powered by a 1.5-litre Atkinson cycle 4-cylinder engine and an electric motor.
