Causes Analysis
1. If the engine making "tuk tuk" noise, at the same time the engine vibrate harsh, it might be the fuel injection system malfunction, causing the fuel injector could not produce mist accurately, lead to engine mis-firing. Suggest to repair the injector at workshop.
2. If the engine is weak at start up, producing "pik pik" sound when cranking together with harsh vibration, it might be the ignition system is faulty causing the engine mis-firing. Suggest to repair at workshop as soon as possible.
3. If the car engine produce harsh vibration during start up and making an ear piercing metal frictional noise, it may be lack of lubrication or excessive carbon deposit build up causing the engine mechanism system malfunction which lead to mis-firing. Suggest to repair at workshop as soon as possible.

Solutions
Suggest to proceed to workshop for repair, usually the keypoints of diagnose are:
1. Check if the engine mechanical system is working properly, clean the internal and add lubricant.
2. Check the car fuel supply system, clean or replace the injector and filter. Check if the fuel supply hose is clogged.
3. Check if the intake system is smooth, if the vaccum hose is loosen, fell off or aged. Replace the faulty parts.
4. Check the ignition system, check if the spark plug is faulty, replace if necesary. Suggest to replace all spark plug at once because using a mixture of old and new spark plugs might cause engine vibration, weak acceleration and higher fuel consumption.
5. Start the car to check and tune all replaced part.
