Small product update concerning the 2023 Proton Saga in Malaysia, and it's to do with it getting a new gearbox – gone is the old Hyundai-sourced 4-speed automatic (4AT), and in place is another 4AT from Toyota's affiliate Aisin. WapCar understands this update started in cars produced since May, though it is unclear if Proton will make an announcement since specs remain the same.
