Hyundai Motor Group prioritizes Bahasa Indonesia, adds language option to new group website

Hyundai Motor Group takes its next step in showcasing the group’s future mobility plans by launching its completely revamped website. The group’s website, entitled Hyundai Motor Group Tech, is divided into 6 sections and available in 4 languages including Indonesian.

Yes, you did not read wrongly, the new website is also available in Indonesian. Perhaps this is a show of Hyundai’s commitment to its ASEAN market. After all, Hyundai does have a new Indonesian plant in the works.

The brand-new plant will be located in the outskirts of Jakarta and will primarily be assembling the company’s compact SUVs and MPVs.

As it is, news such as the Hyundai Kona will probably be assembled in Indonesia by 2023 have already been reported, while new Hyundai models like the 7-seater Hyundai Creta have already been spied on the roads of Indonesia.

The plant in Indonesia is not the only factory that Hyundai has in the works in South East Asia. Work has already started on the new Ioniq plant in Singapore. The plant in Singapore will play a huge role in the Mobility Device section of the revamped Hyundai website.
