Philippines will be unveiling the 2023 Honda City facelift for their market come 13-July 2023, the same month when the car will also be launched in Thailand and Vietnam.

The big news for the Phillippines meanwhile are threefold: one new variant joins the line-up, Honda Sensing ADAS is now standard, and naturally, prices have gone up by circa 5% too.

Cheapest off the lot (and also the newest variant) is the 1.5 E Sensing, priced from PHP 975,000 (~RM 83k), joined by the 1.5 S Sensing (PHP 999,000, ~RM 84k), 1.5 V Sensing (PHP 1,075,000, ~RM 91k), and 1.5 RS Sensing (PHP 1,130,000, ~RM 95k).

Aside from Sensing now on every variant, key changes to the City include a refreshed exterior, new wheels, and a slight update in the cabin which includes a digital instrument cluster. Powertrain (all 1.5L NA, 121 PS/145 Nm paired to a CVT) remains unfettered.

Closer to home, the facelifted City's launch is an inevitable happening, but it'll take place after the Honda WR-V makes its debut here – and that is happening very soon.
