The 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift has gone on sale in India. There's a boggling mix of up to 28 trim combinations – 15 naturally-aspirated petrol variants, 11 diesel, two with turbo-petrol engines – and prices fall in the wide net of INR 11,00,000 (~RM 63k) to INR 20,15,000 (~RM 115k).
Most importantly however, there's quite a range of updates applied to Hyundai's competitor in the subcompact SUV segment.

The exterior enhancements of the Creta facelift include a new parametric black chrome grille, quad-beam LED headlamps, LED positioning lamps and LED DRLs, which altogether look like a tinier Palisade. Round the rear, changes extend to new LED tail lights, a new spoiler, a new tailgate, and fresh wheels to cap the exterior updates.

Within the cabin, the facelift features a revamped cabin with a new dashboard housing an integrated 10.25-inch infotainment system and digital cluster. The interior also includes new leatherette seats, door trim, and a new leatherette flat-bottom steering wheel. Ambient lighting, ventilated front seats (the driver's is 8-way power-adjustable), a Bose sound system, and a panoramic sunroof complete the kit.
Top-spec variants are equipped with Level 2 ADAS (Hyundai SmartSense) featuring 19 advanced safety features.
Engine options for the Creta facelift include a 1.5-litre MPi petrol engine (115 PS and 144 Nm), a 1.5-litre Kappa Turbo GDi petrol engine (160 PS and 253 Nm), and a 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel engine (113 PS/250 Nm). Transmission choices include 6-speed manual, a 6-speed auto, a CVT, as well as a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
Meanwhile in Malaysia, the pre-facelift Creta soldiers on, selling from RM 149,888.
