Only compliment for BMW X1' s interior space, it is really big inside. I am very satisfied with it. Apart from that, fuel economy is also satisfying. I will talk about it later.
Cons
Rear seats are so short thus lack of thigh support. Not very comfortable to sit in the rear seats. But luckily, only my dogs would sit in my rear seats so that' s not a big problem.
Space
I think it should be the top in its class. If go exaggeratedly, the rear space is like my dogs’ playground. A fat man for me can even cross legs inside. Boot space is not surprising, but the rear seats could be folded to compensate part of the boot space.
Power
BMW X1 deliver the power in a decent manner, very smooth, I can hardly feel any vibrations. Absolutely enough for family use.
Ride & Handling
Pretty accurate steering pointing, which provides a good ride & handling. Wouldn’t feel hard to control. I like to make a big turn with my friends to enjoy its control.
Fuel Economy
I thought the BMW X1 would not offer a good fuel economy but it surprises me a lot in the fuel economy. I have covered 485 km so far and it returns me the fuel economy of 7.9-litre / 100 km. Not bad.
Comfort
For the front seats, BMW X1 is very comfortable, great ergonomics-oriented. But the rear seats are not as comfortable as the front seats because I have no idea know why they are shorter, which made my thigh lack of support, quite uncomfortable.
Exterior
Well, not bad looking. I have what I want for a car in this price segment. Very strong recognition from BMW. Aggressive front bumper design with gloss black inserts and LED fog lights. Honestly speaking, I buy the x1 for some sort of vanity.
Interior
Pretty good! It supports Apple CarPlay, very convenient design. Space are enough too.
