[WapCar] The width of a vehicle is an important figure of its dimensions. The "length, width and height" in dimensional specifications on WapCar measures the distances between the outermost tips of a car's exterior.
The length measures the distance from bumper to bumper, the width measures the widest points without mirrors (width with mirrors will be shown on WapCar with notice, if the car's manufacturer publishes the width with mirrors), and the height is measured with roof racks included (if equipped), but without antennae.
Width (mm)
The vehicle width measures the horizontal distance between the widest points on the vehicle, excluding exterior mirrors, flexible mud flaps, and marker lamps, but including bumpers, moldings, sheet metal protrusions, or dual wheels, if standard equipment. For general family cars, the widest points are on the front wheel arches.
