Overview

With a sharp exterior, new powertrain and good safety features, the all-new Nissan Almera brings the fight to the all-new Honda City and facelifted Toyota Vios. The Almera is powered by a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder turbocharged engine making 100 PS and 152 Nm, paired to a CVT. Features include ADAS (AEB, FCW) on all variants, as well as comfortable semi-bucket seats. Higher end variants get 6 airbags, LED headlights and Apple CarPlay support.

Conclusion

While we’re yet to review the car, the Nissan Almera is now a worthy contender, with a healthy set of safety kit and an all-new powertrain. It’s quite a looker, and with it being a fairly refined model, should be a good choice to keep in your sights if you’re in the market for a B-segment sedan.
