Remember the Honda N7X concept? Well, it is heavily tipped to be the all-new 2022 Honda BR-V. Now, patent images of the all-new Honda BR-V has surfaced online (according to a source) and it stays faithful to the N7X's design and overall looks.
Starting with the front-end, the LED headlamps (although the LED strips on the N7X has reverted to more traditional foglamps), bumper and grille design are identical to the N7X concept. It looks bold, broad-shouldered and attractive I must say. This styling blends in well with Honda's current design language.

Continuing to the rear, and the design is again consistent with the N7X. There's that instantly recognisable rear-lamp cluster, along with a rugged bumper design, replete with roof rails and a shark fin antenna.

It is actually quite remarkable how close the final design of the all-new Honda BR-V (in the leaked images anyway) is to the N7X concept. Carmakers usually will go to town with their concepts but scale back on the production version.
Moving forward, it appears that the all-new BR-V will not see much changes in the powertrain department, as detailed here previously. What is more interesting would be the introduction of Honda Sensing in the range-topping model, the 1.5 Prestige HS CVT (HS for Honda Sensing, most likely).
The current generation BR-V does not have ADAS of any sort, so this would be quite a leap forward.
The current Honda BR-V sold in Malaysia is powered by a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder engine (120 PS, 145 Nm) paired to a CVT transmission. The BR-V retails for RM 86,726 to RM 93,420 (SST discounts applied).
