And the Zhejiang-based company isn’t slowing down one bit.

Seen here is the upcoming Geely KX11, a model that is said to be positioned above the already-XXXL-sized Geely Haoyue. We recently rendered the Haoyue as a Proton X90, which sources say is a more viable model for Proton than the Geely Jiaji/Proton V70.
If the large CMA words on the camo isn’t already obvious enough, let us recap.
The Geely KX11 is developed on the Volvo/Geely-developed CMA platform – the very same platform that is the basis for all Lynk and Co models, the Volvo XC40, as well as the Geely Xingyue and Xingrui.
The Geely Haoyue, interestingly enough, does not utilize the CMA platform. Instead, it utilizes a stretched Geely Jiaji platform called the CV platform.
Details surrounding the upcoming Geely KX11 are scarce at the moment, but some Chinese publications have speculated that the KX11’s wheelbase will be at least 2,800 mm long (Geely Haoyue has a 2,815 mm wheelbase).
The CMA platform also offers provision for electrification, meaning that the upcoming KX11 can be offered with a regular full-hybrid or plug-in hybrid.
With that said, when the Geely KX11 goes on sale, it may not be as cheap as the Geely Haoyue (RMB 109k to RMB 139k), owing to the fact that the CMA platform is not cheap to begin with. Some outlets mentioned that the KX11 could have a starting price of RMB 120k.
