Had a appointment to leave my car to evaluate my check engine light. Ron read the check engine light immediately, told me he could fix right then, if I could wait. Was happy to wait however many hours so I wouldn’t be without a car. Took maybe one hour, my oil changes take longer, and I was all done. So so happy with the service here!

I.was in the market for a pre-owned GMC Sierra pickup that I had seen on their lot and Facebook page. The salesman took pictures of my trade in and continued with working out a deal. I went by today to fill out the application for the pre-owned GMC and the salesman had called me if I was able to make it to the dealership today. I said I will be going by to fill out the paperwork and the salesman wasn't there when I arrived and saw him crossing the street with a bag of munchies. I sat down across from him at his desk and he continued to say that the pickup I wanted had just been sold to someone else in Pleasanton at their other dealership. Here I get a call 📞 to get the ball rolling and I wasn't told that the pickup was sold by the time I got to the dealership.
