Joining an ever-expanding list of carmakers that are providing a flood relief programme for customers whose vehicles experienced damage during the recent floods, Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn. Bhd. (ETCM) and Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis Sdn. Bhd. (TCEAS) has done the same for its Nissan customers.
Under the programme, customers are entitled to a 20 percent discount on parts and labour charges. Going one step further, they will also be offering a special upholstery restoration package priced at RM 1,655 for sedan vehicles and RM 1,988 for MPV, SUV, pick-up or vans respectively. The upholstery restoration will go a long way in reducing the pungent smell of mud and water that sticks around even after a thorough cleaning.

ETCM is also putting on the table an Easy Payment Plan (EPP) up to 12 months on the total bill to help alleviate the financial burden of customers. Furthermore, all the Nissan Genuine Parts used in the repairs will come with a 6-month or 10,000km mileage warranty.

If customers’ vehicles are rendered immobile by the damage, ETCM and TCEAS has also made available extended services such as free towing and door-to-door towing with term and conditions applied. The Collect & Deliver service for usual maintenance service over the weekends is also available.
Nissan owners can contact the Nissan Customer Care Centre Hotline at 1800-88-3838 for further assistance or call the nearest TCEAS outlet for an appointment.
